Little Update

I've gone ahead and given us a little update here. I'm not finished yet, so there's more to come soon! I'll let you know what's available as soon as it's completely, but yes, for now things look a bit different.

I was also thinking of adding a forum for Clinical stuff, send me a PM if you have any other requests!
