Re: AAMI
Mine is #1967 which is the year after I was born so that is easy for me. The last four digits our our phone number are 8499. When we first moved here I could NOT remember that until I thought about 84 being the year I graduated and 99 the year that we are going to "party like it's 1999".

Re: AAMI
Hi everyone!! I'm in the process of enrolling in AAMI. Hopefully everything will be official by the end of this month. In the meantime, could you lovely ladies give me a heads up on what texts/books I will need (if any) for the the Prepak/Orientation phases?
Thanks so much!!

Re: AAMI
Hmm, I'm trying to remember... Prescription for Nutritional Healing was one. And you will definitely need Holistic Midwifery 1 & 2 once you finish orientation, along with tons of other books.
I think if you email Lori, she has a list of books you'll need.

Re: AAMI
What was your least favorite assignment that you saved for last? Perhaps I can help.

Re: AAMI
Good to hear you all LOVE AAMI. Does anyone have any beefs about it, besides what you have already posted? I want to know stats--how many ppl enroll but dont finish? Does Carla have these numbers? How many finish and go on to careers in midwifery? It is a lot of money--so I want to know if it is really worth it or can I just read all the major texts and file my notes myself? Please let mw know your thoughts--thanks!
